Gadsden State Community College announced the return of the Summer Six Scholarship for 2022 high school graduates who enroll full time for Summer Mini 3 term.  The Summer Six Scholarship covers up to six credit hours of in-state tuition and fees. Classes are July 7 to Aug. 10. The scholarship is open for 2022 graduating high school students in Gadsden State’s service area only, including Calhoun, Cherokee, Cleburne, Etowah, St. Clair and Talladega counties.

To qualify, 2022 high school graduates must complete a Gadsden State admissions application at www.gadsdenstate.edu/apply. Once the student is accepted and a student ID number is assigned, the student must complete the Summer Six Scholarship application if they did not previously submit the 2022 Graduating High School Scholarship Application.

Following an eligibility review, students will be notified about the scholarship decision via their Gadsden State student email address. The deadline to apply is July 8.  For more information regarding admission or registration, email admissions@gadsdenstate.edu.
